Biography

Sarah is a certified trauma specialist with extensive experience supporting individuals affected by trauma, displacement, domestic violence, modern-day slavery, and systemic injustice. Her work is grounded in dignity, cultural awareness, and empowerment, with a strong commitment to creating spaces where clients feel seen, heard, and supported without judgement.

She is recognised as an Expert Medico-Legal Psychotraumatologist and frequently supports survivors within asylum, trafficking, and criminal justice frameworks. Alongside her clinical work, Sarah contributes to national and international conversations on trauma, human trafficking, and mental health through speaking, research, and advocacy.

Sarah’s approach is holistic and trauma-informed, integrating mind, body, and emotional experience. She blends person-centred foundations with schema, trauma, and addiction models, guiding clients to observe and work with deeply rooted patterns shaped by early life experiences and acute stress. Her work prioritises safety, attunement, and resilience, supporting clients to reconnect with themselves and move forward at a pace that feels right.
